Job Responsibilities

Data Research & Strategy: 数据调研及产品策略:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage RMI projects from inception to completion, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in line with global standards.

搭建、计划、协调和管理RMI项目, 确保车辆维保数据及项目在要求范围和全球标准内如期交付。

• Conduct the end-to-end process of acquiring, processing, and validating vehicle repair and maintenance procedures, related information and technical service bulletins (TSBs), to ensure usability for internal processes and customers.

负责获取、处理和验证车辆维修和保养流程、相关技术服务信息的端到端流程,以确保内部流程和客户的可用性。

• Ensure compliance with OEM licensing requirements and industry standards.

确保符合主机厂(OEM)许可要求和行业标准。

• Stay abreast of automotive industry trends, new vehicle technologies (e.g., EV, ADAS), and changes in repair methodologies to ensure data relevance.

及时了解汽车行业趋势、新汽车技术(如电动汽车、ADAS)和维修方法的变化,以确保数据的相关性。

• Manage relationships with data suppliers and industry sources.

Data Quality & Integrity: 数据质量及完整性:

• Develop and implement robust methodologies for data collection and research to ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy.

• Establish and enforce rigorous data quality control standards and validation procedures. Collaborate with internal QA, content, and engineering teams to validate data and maintain publishing standards.

• Conduct regular audits of datasets to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.

Team Leadership & Management: 团队管理:

• Manage a team of data specialists and foster a collaborative and productive team environment, assign tasks, set priorities, and manage team workflow to meet strict deadlines and quality standards.

• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback,identify skill gaps and coordinate training to enhance team capabilities.

• Champion a culture of accuracy and attention to detail within the team.

Project Management & Collaboration: 项目管理及协作:

· Collaborate closely with Product Solution and Commercial teams to understand data requirements and support product launches.

• Translate business needs into clear, technical requirements for the team.

• Prepare and present reports on team performance, project status, and data insights to senior management.

• Support continuous process improvement and cross-departmental knowledge sharing.

Qualification:

• Strong automotive background: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive industry, proven experience and solid understanding of vehicle technology and workshop repair processes, ability to interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and service manuals.

深厚的后市场行业背景:至少5年后市场经验,对车辆技术和车间维修流程有深入的了解;深入理解车辆技术文档、图表及服务手册的相关维保知识及信息,并将其转化为标准化数据及技术文档;

• Experience in data research, management, or analysis, proficiency with data management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and experience with CRM or database systems, will be a plus;

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with OEM technical platforms (e.g., Toyota TIS, BMW ISTA, Hyundai GSW)

• Good English ability is preferred, with the ability to present complex information clearly, able to interpret documentation and communicate with cross-functional teams.
