Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for the business development with the main target to understand the customer needs and requirements in proposing solutions that add value to their business

· Be the main contact person and will represent the main customer needs in our organization

· Defines and executes customer strategies to achieve sales target and help customer to grow in the market

· Proactively identifies new business opportunities and services with customer. Present and introduce new solutions or services to customers

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree or above in Automotive/Marketing/Business or other related majors

· More than 5 years working experience in tier1 spare parts supplier in aftermarket business

· More than 2 years working experience related to product management

· Experience and skills in relation to product development and sales is preferred

· Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software is an advantage

· Strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships with customer

· High customer and market orientation and drive cross departmental cooperation

· An entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting

Lead Information Management China

Enable the team to develop and maintain the highest standards of data competency and accuracy for our customers while overseeing and managing all aspects of production operations. These include planning, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products/information/data for China region, including vehicle data, OE data, Repair and Maintenance information. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, automation, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry.

Job Responsibilities

· Lead and develop the Information Management team for China region, foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

· Develop and implement a comprehensive regional information data production strategy to drive growth and profitability.

· Plan and ensure the organizational, methodological, conceptual and technical requirements to serve customers' needs .

· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that production operations meet their needs and expectations.

· Responsibility for process compliance and continuous improvement of processes/ tools/ methods/ reporting.

· Allocate resources efficiently and manage project timelines, ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

· Highly collaboration and communication with global Information management team, cross-functional teams and with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field.

· Outstanding know-how and many years of professional experience in information management with an automotive focus (IAM)

· Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, data research, or analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.

· Deep understanding of the technical aspects of information production, such as data/information management

· Strong knowledge of the automotive vehicle repair & maintenance industry and automotive aftermarket. Data management of Electric vehicles will be plus.

· Data resourcing experience will be plus.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BI), with strong ability to work with Excel. Knowledge of Access & SQL is an added asset.

· Experiences in people management, at least lead a team of 10 people

· Strong experience in project management, PMP or relevant certifications are an advantage.

· Confident handling of risk management

· Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

· Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once and to define efficient processes during hyper-growth

Job Responsibilities

· Plan project (phases) incl. milestones, tasks, resources, required skills and budgets; align the plan with all stakeholders

· Track and achieve project goals in terms of quality, cost and schedule in close cooperation with respective internal and external stakeholders; deliver project status reports

· Communicate with HQ colleagues to exchange knowledge on software development progress.

· Perform project controlling by administering the project budget and project risk management.

· Take the lead in user training and post - launch support. Collect feedback from customers on product usage, extract common requirements, and feed them back into the product iteration roadmap.

· Assist in formulating the resource requirement plan in accordance with the product development plan.

Qualifications:.

· At least 3 - 5 years of project management experience in TO B software development. Have successfully led software product development projects, and be familiar with the entire software development process.

· Proficient in project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, etc.), ideally holding project management related certifications, e.g.: PMP, ACP.

· Basic knowledge on technicals, e.g.: Knowing popular architecture and development frameworks.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively communicating with teams and clients from different backgrounds. Have strong team leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve goals and handle team conflicts.

· Have keen risk identification and problem - solving abilities, and be able to make quick decisions in a complex and changeable project environment to move the project forward.

· Be highly sensitive to new technologies and new business models, have a strong learning ability, and be able to quickly master new knowledge and apply it to project management.

· Fluent English.
