Main Responsibility主要工作职责

· Administration of server database cluster. Ensure the service is available 7 x 24h.

管理各业务数据库服务器高可用集群，保障服务稳定7×24可用。

· Establish and maintain database high availability cluster monitoring and backup recover mechanism. Improve operation quality.

建立和维护数据库高可用集群监控和备份恢复机制，提高服务运行质量。

· Responsible for database system's stability, high efficiency and security. Support information architecture design together with system architect.

负责维护数据库系统的稳定、高效、安全运行，参与数据架构规划设计。

· Responsible for finding the root cause of database error on time and keeping improving current database system performance.

负责及时排除数据库故障，并对数据库进行持续性能优化。

· Support database development and auditing.

支撑数据库开发支持和审计

Qualification任职要求

· At least 3 years of working experience as MySQL Database Administrator. Familiar with Innodb, MyISAM engine and related optimization strategy.

三年以上MySQL DBA实际工作经验，熟悉Innodb、MyISAM引擎以及相关优化策略

· Familiar with MySQL master/slave copy, master/master copy, MySQL Cluster, master-a/b, multiple master with multiple slaves and etc.

熟悉MySQL主从复制、主主复制，MySQL Cluster，两主一从，多主多从等

· Familiar with No-SQL, such as Hbase, Memcached, Redis and etc., and other high availability technical solutions.

熟悉No-SQL技术（Hbase、Memcached或Redis等）了解相关高可用技术方案

· Familiar with Linux/Unix. Have at least one coding language ability:

Perl/PHP/Python/Shell.

熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统，有以上系统Perl/PHP/Python/Shell一种或多种脚本语言编程能力

· Familiar with Oracle operation mechanism and daily management (including backup and recover, error handling, performance improvement) will be a plus.

熟悉Oracle运行机制及日常管理维护优先（包括备份与恢复、故障处理、性能优化等）

· Have experience in database auditing.
