数据服务专员

Main Responsibility主要工作职责

1. Analysis of customer requirements and preparation of solutions within the framework of customer orders and /or product/solution development

分析客户需求，在客户订单和/或产品/解决方案开发的框架内准备解决方案

2. Definition and documentation of the scope of works/services required by the customer in accordance with the sales department and guidance of team leader

根据销售部门和团队领导的指导，定义并记录客户要求的工作/服务范围

3. Processing, maintenance and conditioning data for customers according to the requirement of projects

根据项目要求为客户处理、维护、调整数据

4. Participate in the establishment and update of the auto parts database to improve the accuracy of parts adaptation

参与汽车零部件数据库的建立和更新，提高零部件适配的准确性

5. Cooperation with other corporate divisions like VDS, PADS, Sales, Product etc.

与公司其他部门合作，如VDS,PADS,销售,产品等

6. Assist the leader and overseas colleagues to complete projects

协助领导和海外同事完成项目

7. Other tasks assigned by leader

领导交办的其他工作

Qualification任职要求

· Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

· Proficient in Excel/Access/VBA and formula processing operations, Familiar with Python/SQL/Power BI and understand how to apply it in data scenarios;

精通Excel/Access/VBA,熟练掌握相关公式处理操作; 熟悉Python/SQL/Power BI，了解如何在数据场景运用；

· Experienced in data processing is preferred; Priority given to those with relevant data knowledge of automotive spare parts;

有数据处理经验者优先，具备汽车零部件相关数据知识者优先

· Good knowledge about customer specific product management tasks in the IAM area (Independent Automotive Aftermarket) will be an added advantage;

熟悉IAM领域(独立汽车售后市场)客户特定产品管理工作优先考虑；

· A positive attitude, curious,self-motivated and takes responsibility;

态度积极，好奇心强，自驱力，责任心强；

· Strong logical analysis ability, good communication and customer oriented.

具有较强的逻辑分析能力，良好的沟通能力和客户引导能力。
