Product Owner (TecCom)
Job Responsibilities
· Partial responsibility for the lifecycle for a defined product/project with the clear objective of maximizing the value of the product/project for the customer and the organization.
· Expert client (as a representative of the internal and external stakeholders) who represents the technical point of view, develops requirements together with the function lead or forwards requirements and assesses to the subsequent implementation of the specifications with regard to functionality, usability, performance and quality.
· Representing a predetermined product/project vision, which represents the requirements of the customer and the internal stakeholders.
· Representation of the technical client side and thus all stakeholders.
· Responsible for the product backlog (developing user stories, filling in the product backlog and prioritizing the backlog items)
· Continuous evaluation as well as adaptation and further development of the product / project on the basis of agile methods, in particular by focusing on the provision of value-adding product increments.
· Close cooperation with the agile team as well as the outsourcing development suppliers
· Technical contact for queries from the team to ensure that the requirements are understood, refined and implemented in the team.
· Cooperate with security team to ensure the solutions developed is compliance with China regulations.
· Compliance with a predetermined release plan and a product / project roadmap.
Qualifications:
· Development and management experience for order related product.
Hard skill:
· Basic MySQL
· Prototype skill (e.g.: MasterGo, Figma and etc.)
· Process design (e,g: BPMN, UML and etc.)
· Proficient in spoken and written English
Function skill:
· Very good knowledge of agile methods and tools
· Knowledge of different ERP or other order related system
· Experience in managing the expectations of the various stakeholders
· Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams
· Strong presentation and moderation skills
Soft skill:
