As a New Channel Sales Manager, your are part of the China Business Team. The entire sales team consists of 8 members, and we are responsible for all business related to Chinese customers. This role will drive the sales output and penetration of TecAlliance in new channels and markets, and discover more viable business models.
Job Responsibilities
· Own the planning and execution of agile product delivery within the assigned channel
· Draft commercial contracts for the responsible projects and clients.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design product and commercial solutions.
· Conduct market visits, participate in relevant business activities, monitor market trends, and collect sales leads.
· Other work assigned by superior and company
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years experience on automotive aftermarket expertise & relevant experience
· Knowledge of international trading, e Commerce experience will be plus
· Be familiar with sales-related knowledge (sales process, sales tools and skills)
· Good communication skill and well-structured working style
· Ability to work in an independent, goal-oriented and efficient manner
· Willingness to travel
· Excellent command of spoken and written English
