Your mission:

As Director Sales at TecAlliance you are steering all TecAlliance sales activities in China market, securing the related strategic company objectives, managing, and developing the employees for whom you have disciplinary responsibility. Leading, participating in and contributing to market and business development activities will be also part of your duties.

In addition, the following tasks belong to your area of responsibility:

· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, drive the growth of our sales development together with EVP China

· Grow our data, service and solutions business with e-commerce platforms, local software houses, part distributors and part manufacturers.

· Conduct in-depth market research to develop detailed strategies and business plans

· Achieving the EBITDA goals on a continuous basis

· Monitoring and optimizing processes, responsible for avoiding business and other risks for the company

· Strong leadership in driving the commercial team performance, Implementing and monitoring the OKR process

· Working together with the Product team regarding the guidelines of the cooperation within the agile teams of the customer segment

· Driving a customer centric market approach, communication of market needs to the company

· Responsible for customer aftersales service and associated customer data quality

· Coordinate international customer opportunities closely with the other regions

Your qualifications:

· Excellent knowledge of the market and customers within the automotive data sector is compulsory, Minimum 10 years in automotive industry

· Hands-on experience in sale management and commercial excellence

· Result-driven with strong analytical skills, experience in the implementation of strategic plans

· Outstanding negotiating skills, persuasiveness and discretion

· Good understanding of the E-commerce and SaaS business

· International exposure, ideally gained from working in a global company

· Fluent in Chinese and English
