Quality Assurance Engineer

Job description：

· Coordinate testing resources, facilitate cross-project collaboration, and drive the implementation of quality culture.

协调测试资源，推动跨项目协作，确保质量文化有效落地

· Lead test solution design for complex projects (functional, performance, security, compatibility, etc.).

主导复杂项目的全维度测试方案设计（功能、性能、安全、兼容性等）

· Plan the selection and upgrade of testing toolchains and tech stacks (e.g., automation, performance, security tools).

规划测试工具链与技术栈的选型升级（自动化/性能/安全测试工具）

· Conduct online feature inspections, analyze root causes of production defects, and refine test strategies to prevent recurrence.

执行线上功能巡检，定位生产环境缺陷根因，优化测试策略避免问题复发

· Continuously optimize workflows and documentation

持续改进流程与文档产出

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

相关专业本科及以上学历，5-8年测试领域经验

· Know in at least one high-level language (Java/Python).

了解Java/Python等编程语言

· Familiar with the full software life-cycle process, including requirements analysis, test planning, and test strategy formulation.

熟悉软件全生命周期流程，熟悉软件需求分析、测试计划制定、测试策略的制定

· Capable of independently executing product testing, writing test reports, and analyzing test results with statistical insights. Experience in optimizing testing processes and improving software quality.

能独立完成产品测试、熟练编写测试报告，对测试结果进行分析与统计。且有软件测试流程优化经验，有软件质量改进提升经验

· Agile team experience, with a focus on monitoring and enhancing delivery performance and efficiency.

有敏捷团队工作经验，监督和提高团队的交付绩效和效率

· Security testing experience, including knowledge of XSS attacks and SQL injection.

有安全测试经验，熟悉XSS攻击或者SQL注入

· Familiar with Linux commands and Kubernetes operations, with extensive SaaS cloud experience.

熟悉Linux的基本命令的使用，熟悉K8s的基本操作，有SaaS云丰富经验

· A structured analytical working style and the ability to concentrate and very good solution orientation
