Data Specialist (RMI) 数据专员 （车辆维保信息）

Job Tasks

· Extract and record researched vehicle repair and maintenance data into internal databases and systems.

负责内部数据标准化：将调研获得的车辆维修与保养数据提取并录入内部数据库及系统。

· Organize and document technical vehicle data to ensure usability for internal processes and customers.

整理并记录车辆技术数据，确保其可用于内部流程和客户需求。

· Take ownership of data quality — regularly review, update, and maintain datasets.

负责数据质量——定期审查回顾、更新和维护车辆维保信息数据库。

· Ensure compliance with OEM licensing requirements and industry standards.

确保符合主机厂（OEM）许可要求和行业标准。

· Collaborate with internal QA, content, and engineering teams to validate data and maintain publishing standards.

与内部质控、数据内容及工程团队协作，验证数据并维持发布标准。

· Support continuous process improvement and cross-departmental knowledge sharing.

支持持续流程改进和跨部门知识共享。

Job Qualifications

· Solid understanding of vehicle technology and workshop repair processes

对车辆技术和车间维修流程有深入的了解；

· Experience in data entry and documentation tools

具备数据录入和文档工具的使用经验；

· Ability to interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and service manuals

深入理解车辆技术文档、图表及服务手册的相关维保知识及信息，并将其转化为标准化数据及技术文档；

· Familiarity with OEM technical platforms (e.g., Toyota TIS, BMW ISTA, Hyundai GSW)

熟悉OEM技术平台（如丰田TIS、宝马ISTA、现代GSW）；

· Good English ability is preferred, able to interpret documentation and communicate with cross-functional teams.

英语能力佳者优先，能够理解英文技术文档并与跨职能团队进行基础沟通；
