“My Account” setup available on TecDoc Web Catalogues

Since last time TecAlliance reactivated user registration process on TecDoc Catalogues, this month it finished another new update on TecDoc China Catalogue (www.tecalliance.cn) and TecDoc Southeast Asia Catalogue (www.tecalliance-sea.com). By adding “My Account” module, TecAlliance wishes to better solve issues possibly encountered by users during registration and log-in, providing more convenient user experience.

Simply clicking “My Account” icon on the upper right corner of TecDoc Catalogue, users can directly enter the interface where they can add or modify their personal account information. On that page, users are allowed to edit information such as password, name, phone number, etc.; Moreover, they can also find their own ID for the account.

To maintain user account security, TecDoc Catalogues do not encourage account sharing, i.e., for a single account, at the same time, TecDoc Catalogue system only supports the action of log-in under one IP address.
